SciArt Futures is an initiative to support collaborations between artists and scientists.
The initiative has a number of principle goals:
To promote innovation, creativity and storytelling as key channels for artists and scientists to explore real world science
To promote, support and celebrate collaborations between artists, scientists, educators and science communicators all over the world
To share best practice, advice and partnership opportunities for sci-art practitioners
To inspire and engage audiences through projects that blend art and science
To provide meaningful development opportunities for emerging talent to work on sci-art productions
The initiative delivers:
The SciArt Conference - featuring panel talks, project showcases and an Ideas Exchange.
